Bambu Lab PPS-CF
Ultra high-performance carbon fibre reinforced polymer for extreme environments.
PPS-CF is one of the highest-performing materials available in FDM 3D printing, designed for applications requiring exceptional heat resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical strength.
This material is ideal where traditional plastics and even standard nylons are not sufficient.
Key characteristics:
Extremely high temperature resistance
Excellent chemical and solvent resistance
High stiffness and structural integrity
Low creep under sustained load
Typical applications:
Under-the-hood automotive components
Rail and high-temperature environments
Industrial tooling and fixtures
Electrically insulating structural parts
✔ Fully compatible with threaded brass inserts
Bambu Lab PAHT-CF
High-temperature, carbon fibre reinforced nylon for demanding applications.
PAHT-CF is our go-to material for structural and load-bearing components where strength, stiffness, and thermal resistance are critical. The carbon fibre reinforcement delivers excellent dimensional stability and reduced creep under load.
Key characteristics:
Excellent strength-to-weight ratio
High temperature resistance
Very good dimensional stability
Matte, professional surface finish
Typical applications:
Automotive and motorsport components
Robotics and automation parts
Jigs, fixtures & tooling
Structural brackets and mounts
✔ Fully compatible with threaded brass inserts
Fiberlogy Nylon PA12
Tough, flexible nylon with excellent chemical resistance.
PA12 offers a strong balance of durability, flexibility, and environmental resistance, making it ideal for parts exposed to wear, impact, or chemicals.
Key characteristics:
High impact resistance
Good flexibility without brittleness
Excellent chemical resistance
Low moisture absorption compared to other nylons
Typical applications:
Enclosures and housings
Clips, covers, and protective components
Functional prototypes
Parts exposed to oils or chemicals

Flexible Materials (TPU)
Flexible, impact-resistant materials for dynamic and soft-touch applications.
We offer a range of flexible materials with different hardness levels, allowing parts to be tailored from rubber-like softness to semi-rigid flexibility.
Available hardness options:
92A – Soft and flexible (rubber-like feel)
95A – Balanced flexibility and durability
40D – Semi-rigid with structural flexibility
Key characteristics:
High impact resistance
Excellent flexibility and elongation
Good wear and abrasion resistance
Vibration and shock absorption
Typical applications:
Seals and gaskets
Protective covers and bumpers
Grips and ergonomic components
Cable management and strain relief
⚠ Not typically used with threaded inserts (application dependent)
Bambu Lab PLA
High-quality PLA for visual models, prototypes, and multicolour prints.
PLA is ideal where visual quality, dimensional accuracy, and fast turnaround are the priority. It’s also our primary material for multicolour model printing.
Key characteristics:
Excellent surface finish
Easy to print with high accuracy
Lightweight
Ideal for visual and presentation models
Available in various finish and strenghts
Typical applications:
Concept models and prototypes
Multicolour parts and branding elements
Tags, labels, and display components
⚠ Not recommended for high-temperature or structural applications
Bambu Lab PETG
Durable, impact-resistant material with improved temperature performance over PLA.
PETG bridges the gap between PLA and engineering plastics, offering better toughness and heat resistance while maintaining good surface quality.
Key characteristics:
Good impact resistance
Improved heat resistance vs PLA
Moisture resistant
Strong and slightly flexible
Typical applications:
